Enjoy 'A Night In Havana' - An Orinda Rotary Fundraiser

Tickets are on sale for the Sept. 9 spectacular, featuring a Cuban-inspired buffet, mojitos, Latin music & car show.

ORINDA, CA — The Orinda Rotary Cub is hosting its major fundraiser Friday, Sept. 9 —“ A Night in Havana - Dancing with the Cars.”

The evening event, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Orinda Library's upper plaza, will feature a Cuban-inspired buffet, Latin music, mojitos, live and silent auctions, plus autos on display.

Funds will benefit Orinda schools, senior, youth and arts programs, and emergency aid to the San Francisco Bay Area, according to organizers.

Auction offers include dinner parties, gift certificates and travel outings.

Tickets are on sale here for $90 per person ($105 after Aug. 20), with tables of eight at $720 ($840 after Aug. 20).

The event locale, the Orinda library, is at 28 Orinda Way.

Established in 1949, the Rotary Club of Orinda is committed to community service for many local institutions, facilities and programs, along with supporting Rotarian international, charitable efforts. Follow the link here for information.
