Adult Ballet II

This class emphasizes balance, flexibility, and alignment within the context of an intermediate level ballet class. Continuing ballet consists of floor warm-up/stretch, barre and center exercises, including adagio, waltz, and allegro movements. Students should have previous ballet training with an understanding of terminology and basic steps.

This course meets for 6 classes, ever Tuesday frm Aug.3rd - Sept. 7, 2010.  Course#5306.
