The Design Review Board meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. Please check schedule for any changes.
The Design Review Board decides applications for design review that require exceptions from the Town Design Guidelines. The Board also considers all application for improvements in the Scenic Corridors, and all hillside development permit applications for improvements that require a building permit. In addition, the Design Review Board also makes recommendations to the Planning Commission for design review applications in land use districts other than single family residential.
