Project Second Chance: Booktoberfest

Booktoberfest, sponsored by Project Second Chance, Inc. will be held on 10/26/12 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Lafayette Library Community Center. Sample craft beers from Ale Industries, hear author Ken Weaver talk about The Northern CA Craft Beer Guide, buy beer-related books, and take part in a raffle for prizes. Wine available, along with appetizers. Proceeds benefit PSC, the Contra Costa County Library adult literacy program. Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased by check or cash sent to: Project Second Chance, Inc., 1750 Oak Park Blvd., Pleasant Hill, CA, or by credit card by calling 925-930-7249.
