The Terraces of Lafayette is developed by the O'Brien Land Company, LLC, on behalf of the owner, the Anna Maria Dettmer Family Trust. It is a 315-unit, moderate income, multi-family apartment development on a 22-acre site at Pleasant Hill and Deer Hill roads, kitty corner from Acalanes High School. There are 14 residential buildings of two and three stories planned, plus a two-story clubhouse and a one-story leasing office.
A section on the city website has multiple documents on the Terraces project, including environmental assessments, landscape plans, a site plan and a traffic study.
