There are many simple, everyday steps that parents, teachers and tutors can take to help children with ADHD. No matter what approaches you are going to take, consistence is the key.

  • Create a distraction-free environment where students can study.

  • Implement a plan based on student’s strengths and needs.

  • Tutors or parents need to execute the routines and maintain daily student schedule.

  • Allow breaks in between when student can’t stay focus.
