Locally owned and operated Bricks 4 Kidz has immediate openings for after-school instructors and Summer Camp Teachers. Bricks 4 Kidz camps and classes provide an extraordinary atmosphere for children, where we learn, we build, we play… with LEGO® bricks. Programs are built around our proprietary model plans, designed by engineers and architects, with exciting themes such as space, construction, and amusement parks. Our specially designed project kits and theme-based models provide the building blocks for the Bricks 4 Kidz approach to educational play. At Bricks 4 Kidz, we believe that kids learn best through activities that engage their curiosity and creativity.
This is a part-time position. Must be available between the hours of 2:30 and 5:00. Once summer camps begin, there is opportunity for more hours and must be available between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Some weekend work available as well.
This is a part time position and could be 1 to 5 days a week with approximately a 2 hr. time frame each day at several elementary and pre-schools throughout the Lamorinda and Walnut Creek area.
This is for you if you enjoy working with elementary-aged children and need a part time position. Great for college students or anyone interested in teaching.

You must:
*have experience and enjoy working with children ages 5-11
*have reliable transportation
*be on time and have an excellent work ethic
*have great organization skills
*enjoy math & science concepts
*be able to obtain a background check through the school board
*be able to lift 40 lbs
