Majestic Mt. Diablo: Photos Of The Day

LAMORINDA, CA — Mt. Diablo can be seen from all over the East Bay and beyond. Patch reader Richard Usinger shared some stunning photos that he took. The first is labeled Mt. Diablo Summer and the second one Mt. Diablo Sunrise. The third photo is Beacon Ridge from Lafayette.
Here's the link to Mt. Diablo State Park, if you're inspired to visit. The view from the summit is remarkable - you can see San Francisco and the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Central Valley and the Sierra Nevada mountain range to the east.
