Jury Selection Underway for Moraga Fitness Center Exposure Trial

Potential jurors are being called to hear the case of a 24 Hour Fitness employee charged with four misdemeanors after allegedly exposing himself to children.

Jury selection in the case of a 22-year old Saint Mary’s College student and Moraga 24-Hour Fitness employee is set to begin today.

has been charged with four misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18, after he allegedly exposed himself to two children while working as a 24 Hour Fitness Kid’s Club supervisor. Suvanasarn was arrested on the charges in March 2011.
