Moraga Mom New Owner Of Lafayette Gymboree

Tami Shaffer has three children of her own and is putting her expertise to work at the newly renovated Lafayette Gymboree.

LAMORINDA, CA — With three kids of her own, Moraga mom Tami Shaffer has plenty of experience with nourishing creativity. She's putting that experience to work in her new endeavor as owner of the Lafayette location of Gymboree.

The newly renovated Gymboree Play & Music of Lafayette fosters creativity and the art of play with a wide
selection of classes designed to help develop cognitive, physical and social skills. The classes are aimed at
children aged 0-5 and parents are encouraged to participate alongside their child affording them insight into
their own child's development.

"I am a true advocate of the Gymboree concept having put my own children through the program when they
were little" said Shaffer. "I love the Gymboree ethos where fun and creativity are at the core of the classes and knowing I am giving back to my fellow parents in my community, offering them a world class play environment is so rewarding. When the opportunity came up in Lafayette I jumped at the chance"
