New Business: Chipotle Braces For Landing In Lafayette

Patch photograper Evan Mew was out and about Lafayette this week when he spotted this snappy little sign, courtesy of the soon-to-open Chipotle's Mexican Grill.

The restaurant, located near Noah's for those who like to mix burritos and bagels, is shooting for a Sept. 21 opening and those with a hankering for their wares will undoubtedly be on hand to give them a try.

Evan said they're still interviewing down there and that restaurant staff is going over all the last minute details every restaurant faces before an opening.
