PG&E Power Shutoff Canceled In Lamorinda
The shutoff had been scheduled to begin on Wednesday.

LAMORINDA, CA — A PG&E Public Safety Power Shutoff that had been planned in Lamorinda on Wednesday has been cancelled, the three local police departments report via Nixle.
The power company says that the weather forecast has changed, making the shutoff unnecessary.
It was planned originally because the company feared high winds predicted for midweek would pose a wildfire safety hazard with the company's power lines and other equipment.
