We know things are vastly different this year, and because of that sometimes it is even more important to maintain some sense of normalcy with treasured traditions. So despite COVID-19’s best efforts to limit the Halloween spirit, Orinda Parks and Rec is asking the community to keep it alive.
In order to keep the Orinda community safe, the department has cancelled the beloved Halloween Tot Parade; instead we’re asking the community to share your most beloved Halloween photos with our department. These photos will be circulated on the City’s social media platforms and website at the end of October in order to virtually spread glee throughout the community.
