Temporary Bridge Setting Monday on Manzanita Drive

Orinda drivers — shun Manzanita Drive on Monday.

That's when the road will be out at San Pablo Creek while workers set a temporary, 100-foot, steel-truss bridge in place. 

The city put out a notice to expect the closure and detours on Miner Road from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday. This is Manzanita Drive between Camino Pablo and Acacia Drive.

This is temporary while the permanent bridge is being planned.
