Sure, they're made to sell things to you. But that doesn't mean they can't be entertaining, even inspirational.
As a rule, most television commercials are only meant for us to TIVO past as quickly as possible.
Every so often, an ad will come along that makes us sit up and pay attention, perhaps because of its message, perhaps because of the way the message is delivered.
In any case, these six ads garnered Emmy nominations in 2011 and one of them won. Do you know which one? And did you agree with the decision?
