Wind Advisory For The East Bay Hills: National Weather Service
The Wind Advisory, expected to end Monday, has been extended.
EAST BAY — A Wind Advisory for the East Bay hills will continue until 4 a.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
Wind gusts up to 45 mph can be expected, strong enough to bring down tree limbs and possibly cause power outages.
If you drive a high profile vehicle, you are asked to take extra precautions.

After a dry February, the chance of a wildfire is also increasing. There was a fire on San Bruno Mountain on the Peninsula last week that burned several acres.
Winds will subside for most areas, but they are forecast to continue to remain gusty in elevated areas of the North Bay Mountains and East Bay Hills. Therefore, for those two areas only, the Wind Advisory has been extended to Tuesday morning.#CAwx pic.twitter.com/irBVF5Y7TE
