The Lemon Grove City Council is looking to fill a vacancy. The appointee would serve a three-year term, officials wrote in a news release. Applications are at City Hall, 3232 Main St. or at the Lemon Grove library, 3001 School Lane.

Applications must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 3.
