Comedy Night with Billy Bonnell

While ginger’s is known for putting on amazing DJ sets that complement its signature sleek, lounge vibe, the underground getaway is bringing you some laughs Monday, January 26 with comedian Billy Bonnell.

Texas native Billy Bonnell is known for his distinct Southern drawl, one-of-a-kind sense of humor and laid back style. Bonnell made his comedy debut in San Diego in 2007 and has gained popularity in Southern California since then. He has been named San Diego’s Funniest Person twice; first in 2010 and for the second time in 2012. Bonnell was also named Fresh Face by The Laugh Factory in Hollywood in August 2012. He has toured major clubs and colleges across the US, performing with Jeff Garlin, Chris Katan, Dane Cook, Jeff Ross and many more. Bonnell also been featured on Comedy Central’s Adam Devine’s House Party and Ice House Chronicles Podcast with Joe Rogan and Brian Redban.
