Dedham Westwood Water District Transitioning to Monthly Water Bills

From Dedham-Westwood Water District:

Beginning in May and continuing into the fall we will transition water billing to our customers from a quarterly to a monthly basis. This has long been a goal of the Board of Water Commissioners. Monthly billing is the standard frequency for most utilities. Most people budget on a monthly basis. Leaks that are often costly are found much more quickly.

We also plan to offer paperless billing and automatic payment as soon as we can.

All customers will see a notice on their bill that it will be the last quarterly bill and to expect a monthly bill the following month.
