
Come for one hour of movement and breathing exercises designed to open your body and calm your mind, helping to bring life into balance.
You will not find "pretzel poses" here. Expect plenty of exercises designed to open and stretch your body and take out the kinks; breathing exercises to bring lots of oxygen into your body; strengthening of all muscles, even the tiny supportive ones we often neglect; and a final, well-earned relaxation.
