Gentle is the keyword for this yoga class, which is suitable for all levels. Modifications are given for people who are just starting to exercise again.
The focus is on breathing, opening, stretching and strengthening the body. Do not expect advanced yoga poses here, but do expect to address your body from head to toe and to learn to let go of stress. We always close with a brief relaxation.
If you need to, you can do the class seated with modification given or resting time during some of the exercises.
