This class is suitable for kids of all ages. Older siblings and adults are invited and encouraged to participate. If you child is younger then 4 years old, adult participation is a must.
During the class we will have lots of fun using Yoga poses to play games, act out books, move to music and more. All the while, we improve strength and flexibility, balance, self-awareness, self-control, awareness of others, learn how to relax and so much more. come and join the fun.
