Please come to the Mount Vernon Mustangs' Jog-A-Thon and Fun Run! The students of Mount Vernon Elementary School are continuing their path to healthy bodies and healthy minds by hosting their first Jog-A-Thon and Fun Run.  The event will offer healthy snacks, family resources, live music and different themes throughout the day.  The students' goal is to raise money for class field trips and school assemblies—one lap at a time. Please join us for one lap or one hour—we are grateful for your support! The Jog-A-Thon and Fun Run takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at the school, 8350 Mt. Vernon St.
