Independent Citizens' Oversight Committee Vacancies

The Lemon Grove School District is looking for individuals to oversee the School Facilities Bond program.

The Lemon Grove School District Governing Board has announced that it is seeking qualified, interested individuals to serve on a committee of community leaders to fill vacancies on the Independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee for the School Facilities Bond program. The current vacancies must be filled by the parent or guardian of a student enrolled in the District; a parent or guardian of a student enrolled in the District and active in a parent-teacher organization; an at-large community member; a community member who is active in a senior citizens organization; or a member who is active in a business organization representing the business community located within the District. If you are interested in being considered for appointment to this committee, you may obtain an application by contacting the Superintendent’s office at (619) 825-5600 or by visiting the District’s website at www.lgsd.k12.ca.us. Application materials must be received by the Superintendent’s office no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2015. For additional information call (619) 825-5612.
