Pursuant to Education Code section 60510, the Lemon Grove School District Governing Board hereby gives notice that obsolete instructional materials that have been replaced by newer materials selected by the Board and have no foreseeable value to the District will be sold and/or donated to other districts, county free libraries, or other public agencies or nonprofit institutions beginning August 10, 2015. In accordance with Lemon Grove School District Board Policy 3270, obsolete materials which are unusable and cannot be distributed as specified above will be disposed of. Representatives of these entities and members of the public may address the Board regarding the distribution of these materials no later than August 10, 2015.
