Los Toros Bulls 11U Youth Football Team Brings Home the National Championship

The Los Toros 11U youth football team out of Spring Valley/Lemon Grove brought the coveted National Championship trophy back to San Diego last weekend!

The Los Toros 11U Bulls youth football team was unstoppable in route to the American Youth Football (AYF) National Championship in Orlando Florida. The 11U Bulls, led by head coach David Faulk allowed only 6 points the entire tournament to win the trophy!

After an undefeated regular season, the Bulls rolled through the San Diego Youth Football playoffs, earning a Q-Bowl victory over Otay Ranch (24-0), and subsequently earning a berth in the National Championship Tournamnet. The Bulls then headed to Orlando Florida last week to compete with the best of the best from around the country. The 11U Bulls would not be deterred, beating North Texas Elite 34-0, last year’s National Champion Harlem Jets 16-0 before completing the National Tournament with a 20-6 victory over the Virginia Playmakers to earn the title of National Champions!
