Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest major cancer in the United States, with a 5 year survival rate of a mere 6% (compared to 90+% for some other major cancers). The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is leading the fight against pancreatic cancer by promoting awareness of the disease, supporting pancreatic cancer patients & their families and by funding millions of dollars worth of research grants each year.
PurpleStride San Diego 2012 was a smashing success! Over 1,000 participants came together and raised over $125,000 for The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
