The San Diego Center for Children’s 126th Anniversary Dinner will take place on Thursday, June 20, 2013, at the US Grant Hotel in Downtown San Diego. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. The Center, founded in 1887, is San Diego’s oldest accredited children’s non-profit organization, offering comprehensive treatment programs for children and teens facing behavioral, emotional, social and educational challenges.
This evening will have a reception and silent auction, followed by dinner, live auction and entertainment. Professional and personable auctioneer for the event is Steve Hamann.
The Anniversary Dinner Committee Co-Chairs are Doreen Schonbrun, Anita Norton, Elizabeth Oliver and Marla Black. The theme for this grand event is “Imagine” and will feature emcee Barbara Lee Edwards of Channel 8 News.
The San Diego Center for children is proud to have performances
by the San Diego Center for Children’s Choir and the San Diego Children’s
Choir. Special guest entertainer is Haute Chile.
