Tips Sought In Fatal Drive-By Shooting
Two men were shot by someone in a white truck last month in San Diego, cops said. One victim, Elisha Hunter, 32, died from his injuries.

SAN DIEGO, CA – Surveillance photos of a white pickup truck were released today by police hoping the public can assist with leads to the identification of the killers of a 32-year-old last month in San Diego.
San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Homicide Unit are seeking two suspects involved in the murder of 32-year-old Elisha Hunter on Dec. 8 on the 700 block of 42nd Street in the Mount Hope neighborhood.
Called to a report of a shooting at 5:10 p.m., police found two men on the ground, both suffering from gunshot wounds to their upper bodies, officials said.

Immediate medical aid was administered to both, and they were transported to local hospitals, but one, Elisha Hunter, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital, the agency said.
Detectives said the shots were fired from a four-door, white Chevy Silverado extended-cab truck, with two individuals inside, that fled the area before officers arrived.

The driver was described as a medium- to dark-complexioned male, but no description was available for the passenger, police said.
