4 Arrested For Giving Alcohol To Minor During Decoy Operations
The special enforcement efforts were funded by a grant from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

LIVERMORE, CA — Four people were arrested on suspicion of selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor following a decoy operation held in Livermore Monday. Livermore police said a decoy was sent into 21 alcohol establishments offering on-sales and off-sales during the operation. Police did not release the names of those arrested.
The special enforcement efforts were funded by a grant from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, which regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages and controls licenses. The purpose of the grant is to help local police agencies deal with or reduce alcohol-related problems at the point of sale.
