435-Home Development Opens In Livermore
Arroyo Crossings offers 28.9 acres of new homes in eastern Livermore ranging from about $700,000 to $1.4 million.

LIVERMORE, CA — Arroyo Crossings, a 28.9-acre housing development with 435 homes, celebrated its grand opening.
Arroyo Crossings features four unique neighborhoods located in eastern Livermore, near the intersection of First Street and Las Positas Road just south of I-580. The homes are a mixture of two and three-story apartments, townhomes, and three-story detached single-family home, which range from 1,187 square feet to 2,605 square feet and cost from around $700,000 to over $1.4 million.
The development features two swimming pools, a 2,000-square-foot private clubhouse and pool complex, a chef's kitchen, an indoor/outdoor lounge and gathering space, picnics areas with barbecues, and open lawns and green space.
