Altamont Pass Vegetation Fire Burns Monday In Livermore
Drivers were asked to avoid the Altamont Pass and slow down around firefighters Monday evening.
LIVERMORE, CA — Firefighters asked drivers to avoid the Altamont Pass in Livermore Monday evening as a small vegetation fire burned.
The fire was spreading at a moderate rate and located in the area of Patterson Pass and Midway Road, according to the Alameda County Fire. It was reported just before 5 p.m.
Drivers were asked to slow down around working firefighters.
