LIVERMORE, CA – Smoke was dissipating by late Friday afternoon in the brush fire reported shortly after 1:30 p.m. at Cross and Tesla roads in Livermore, according to a resident in the area.
Crews remained and were wetting "the hot spots," and electricity resumed, the local said.
No additional info was available from fire agencies.

A vegetation is burning this Friday afternoon in the area of Tesla and Cross roads in Livermore.
The blaze was logged as a two-alarm and at five acres and growing as of approximately 2 p.m., fire officials said.
One local ranch owner and Patch reader wrote: "We are upwind one ranch across road. By the time I called 911 and it was close to the road, it was up the hill!!! Now I know why they say fires move fast!"
