Discover the elegance and artistry of sparkling wine in our To Bubbles and Beyond! Sparkling Class. This immersive 120-minute experience will take guests beyond the glass, exploring the traditional methods of producing sparkling wines and the nuances that make them exceptional.
Guests will enjoy curated tastings of sparkling selections from Italy and France, as well as our own “Hot Lips” Sparkling Brut, gaining a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each style.
The class also includes a curated food-pairing experience, offering expert insights into how to complement sparkling wines with cuisine—knowledge that will enhance dining occasions and elevate future celebrations.
This hands-on journey through sparkling wines is $60 for Club Members and $70 for Non-Members. The class takes place Sunday, November 16th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Seating is limited, so make your reservations soon.
