California Highway Patrol Issues Wind Advisory for Altamont Pass
The CHP officials urge drivers to use caution when driving this morning
The California Highway Patrol has issued another wind advisory this morning for Bay Area roads, CHP officials said. CHP issued an advisory at 1:51 a.m. for the Altamont Pass on Interstate Highway 580.
Wind advisories are also in effect for the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, San Mateo-Hayward Bridge and the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge.
The highway patrol is advising motorists to drive with caution, keeping both hands on the steering wheel.
