Celebrate Marylin Avenue Elementary’s 60th Anniversary

From LVJUSD: The community is invited to join Marylin Avenue Elementary School for its 60th Anniversary Celebration on May 23, 2019, from 5:00 - 7:15 p.m. There will be a formal presentation at 6:00 p.m. The celebration will be held in the school’s multi-purpose room featuring photos of past staff, students, and events, along with a slide presentation on the history of the school. Food will be for sale on the blacktop.

Special benches have been decorated by the students for each decade Marylin Avenue has been open. Alumni will have the opportunity to sign their decade’s bench, and they will later be displayed around the campus. Visitors will be welcome to tour the school and visit classrooms.
