LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore is getting an infusion of cookies just in time for Easter. Crumbl, a national cookie franchise known for its pink boxes, is opening a Livermore location on Friday at 4304 Las Positas Road. The store will be open from 8 a.m to 10 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

The franchise is known for its rotating menu, which brings new flavors each Sunday evening. The grand opening week menu will contain six of the more than 275 weekly rotating flavors, which include everything from Buttermilk Pancake to Cookies & Cream to Caramel Popcorn. Customers will be able to order in person for the first five days. Starting Wednesday, April 12, curbside pickup, catering, and nationwide shipping will be available via the Crumbl app and crumblcookies.com.

The chain started in 2017 in Utah, and the chain quickly spread across the country to over 700 locations in more than 45 states. In December, the chain was in the news after the U.S. Department of Labor fined 11 franchise locations across the country, including three in the East Bay, for alleged child labor violations. The San Ramon store was fined $15,417, the highest in the East Bay.
