LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore received 0.18 inches of rain Tuesday, a welcome break after months of dryness. Resident Glenn Stewart took this photo near the Palo Alto VA Medical Center Livermore branch to highlight the unique clouds and light formations that come the day after rain.
