Deacon Dave’s Christmas Display in Livermore: When are the Best Nights to Visit?

The popular display will be open through January 1. Watch the live feed from the walkway camera.

LIVERMORE, CA — One of the biggest holiday light displays in the Tri-Valley opened earlier this month for the holiday season. Every December, thousands of people from all over the Bay Area travel to visit Deacon Dave’s House of the Dove in Livermore. The popular light display, which has a new theme each year, is set up in Dave Rezendes’ front yard. The trek to Deacon Dave's has been an East Bay tradition for more than three decades.

There is no cost to visit and lines can get long so they recommend visiting during dinner hours and on Mondays or Tuesdays. The display is closed during inclement weather. Check the status of the display and Santa's scheduled stops by visiting Deacon Dave on Facebook.
