Driver Extricated From Rollover Crash In Livermore Sunday

The victim was flown to a trauma center at a local hospital, fire officials said.

LIVERMORE, CA — A driver was extricated from a car on Sunday evening following a rollover crash near Altamont Pass and Grant Line roads, fire officials said. The collision was reported just before 5:40 p.m.

“One female driver with life-threatening injuries was trapped and flown via Cal Star to a trauma center at a local hospital,” Alameda County Fire Department spokesperson Aisha Knowles told Patch. “ The passenger of the vehicle self-extricated and declined transport to a local hospital.”

Crews from Tracy Fire, Alameda County Fire and Livermore-Pleasanton Fire departments all responded to assist with the rescue.
