Driving Instructor Wanted

Guardian Driving School, the Tri-Valley's leader in driver education and training, has an immediate opening for a driving instructor to work in the Tri-Valley Area. This can be a full-time position or part time position.

This position requires a DMV Driving Instructor's license. We provide the state-required licensing and instructor training if you do not have a license.

We provide the vehicle, gas, and insurance.

Your availability must include weekdays from 9-5 (during the summer/vacation time) and 1-7 pm (during the school year) and some weekends. (both Saturdays and Sundays).

Must have solid people skills, be friendly, patient, and want to make a difference in our students lives.

Must speak fluent English and have great communication skills. If you also speak spanish, chinese, other foreign language, that is a plius.

Must have a HS diploma/GED, 10 years of good driving record, professional appearance, and a social security card. Background check, DMV physical, and drug testing are required.

Must have basic computer skills and home internet access.

Must have a cell phone.

Law Enforcement, teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience is a plus
