The Livermore Civic Center Library hosts the Third Annual Teen Chef Cook Off:
Teens check out a cookbook from the library, pick their favorite recipe, make it on their own, and bring the book and dish to the event.
Middle school participants: 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.
High school participants: 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
