LIVERMORE, CA — A grass fire that broke out along I-580 near Grant Line Road, between Livermore and Tracy at Altamont Pass, was causing traffic delays on the busy interstate, according to the CHP.

The blaze was reported shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday and was quickly contained.
