Fire At Livermore Apartment Complex: Evacuations, No Injuries

LIVERMORE, CA — A two-alarm fire at a Livermore apartment complex Saturday night resulted in no injuries, but two units were in flames and several others damaged, according to the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department.

The blaze at Briarwood Apartments, 3819 East Avenue, forced evacuations and a shutdown of East Avenue and Estates Street.

The fire was quickly contained but remains under investigation.

Alameda County Fire Department crews assisted on the call.
