Hospital Happenings

The girls did well at the fair this year with their animals but Hannah's health was not as good. She struggled through with the assistance of many medications, the support of her friends and assistance of her dedicated sister. We visited her specialist today to hear the news we knew was inevitable... Hannah will be admitted to Kaiser Oakland. Although going in the hospital is never an exciting event, it is a bit more tolerable going to a newly opened facility with private rooms and personally selected meals. Perhaps all of the state of the art upgrades will bring a little happiness in the midst of sadness. 
The Showing fort Hannah horse show is coming together perfectly. The silent auction items are amazing thanks to the devotion of a dear friend and now a new addition to the team! The snack bar will offer a great menu including snacks and unique treats. Most of the volunteer positions are filled and there are qualified judges. Mark the date on your calendar and share the news! It will be a fun day for riders and spectators alike.
