Injury Collision on I-580 Blocked Traffic

Livermore, CA— An injury collision reported on eastbound I-580 Monday afternoon snarled commute traffic, according to 511.com.

CHP records indicate the crash was reported near N. Livermore Avenue just after 3 p.m.

Livermore-Pleasanton Fire crews were dispatched to the collision, which involved multiple vehicles. Several lanes were closed due to the collision, but have since reopened, according to CHP records.

CHP officials could not be reached for comment. No other details were currently available.
