LIVERMORE, CA — Talk about the golden hour: this stunning photo by Patch reader Glenn Stewart shows Livermore's Lake A bathed in enchanting early morning light.

Livermore's quarry lakes, lettered A through I, are located are in Eliot Quarry, just east of Isabel Road and north of E. Vineyard Avenue, and run north across Stanley Boulevard and then west to just east of Martin Avenue in Pleasanton.
