Las Positas College Theater Department to Hold Auditions for 'Cabaret'

Tri-Valley residents are invited to audition on December 16 and 17 from 6:30-10:30 p.m.

Community members who are students are invited to audition for Las Positas College’s spring musical “Cabaret” by Kander and Ebb.

Auditions will be held in the Barbara F. Mertes Center for the Arts at LPC on December 16 and 17 from 6:30-10:30 p.m. Callbacks will be by appointment in the evening on December 18. In addition to singing, dancing, and acting, there are non-dancing and non-singing roles available. Actors are asked to prepare 16 measures from a musical and come prepared to dance.

Cast members will be required to register for Theater 41B, 47, Independenty Study or Community Education. Rehearsals will be held January 20-April 10, 2015 Mondaythrough Thursday from 7-10:00 p.m. Performance dates are scheduled for April 10-19, 2015.
