Little League Intermediate World Series 2018 Returns To Livermore

Livermore is representing California District 57 as this year's host team. We have the game schedule.

LIVERMORE, CA — Little League fans from around the world once again have their eyes focused on Livermore for the annual Little League Intermediate 50/70 World Series, which kicked off on Sunday.

The popular series is played each year at Max Baer Park in Livermore and is scheduled through August 5. Livermore is representing California District 57 as this year's host team and Australia will join the list of countries participating in the series.

The Intermediate Division began as a two-year pilot program, before becoming an official division in 2012. Players ages 11-13 are eligible to play in this Intermediate baseball league, which features a 50-foot pitching distance and 70-foot bases, also known as "50/70".
