Applebee's Bar and Grill in Livermore Closed

LIVERMORE, CA: The Applebee's Bar and Grill restaurant in Livermore has closed, an Applebee's spokesperson confirmed. Sunday was the last day of business for the eatery, which was opened in the 1990s.

Applebee's spokesperson Donna Malmlov told Patch that many of the employees and managers at the Livermore location were offered positions at the nearby Applebee's in the Dublin Hacienda Crossings shopping center. Malmlov says all of the employees were notified of the closure in advance.

"It just was not economically feasible anymore," Malmlov said.

Applebee's was located at 4301 First St. in Livermore. In Dublin, you can visit Applebee's at 4808 Dublin Blvd.
